Coen van den Berg Senior Analyst

Coen has more than three years of experience in the real estate market. Before joining Unifore he spent two years in London at investment management firm GAM and advisory company Spring11. Prior to that, he worked one year in Amsterdam at REIT W.P. Carey.
 
During his tenure in London Coen was involved in the underwriting of over €10 bn commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. At W.P. Carey he performed investment analysis and feasibility research which resulted into the investment decisions.  
 
Before starting his professional career, he graduated with a MSc Finance from Duisenberg School of Finance and two BSc’s Fiscal Economics and Finance from the University of Amsterdam.
